About Us

Janet Chambers, President , Beacon Marketing Solutions, founded the company in 2001 as a marketing services company that “helps companies find direction” by developing new or more innovative ways to market products or services.

Beacon Marketing Solutions works with all types of businesses to achieve their marketing goals. Services provided include marketing planning, web site consulting, public relations, sales material development, logo development, internal communications and promotional items.

Chambers career in marketing and sales spans over 22 years. While at two large advertising agencies, Chambers worked with clients on creating all types of national media, multi-media presentations and public relations campaigns. She has directed projects for several large companies including Pfizer Animal Health and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Chambers has advised clients from many diverse industries including the non-profit sector, real estate, manufacturing, retail, services, healthcare, professional and franchise markets.

Chambers is also an internet marketing specialist. She has spoken on internet marketing for the Greater Huntingdon Chamber of Commerce, Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and the Montco Chamber of Commerce. From 2001 to the present, Chambers provided courses for the Kutztown University/ Small Business Development Center on marketing techniques for new and emerging businesses. She is a past adjunct business professor at Delaware County Community College and her articles on sales and marketing have appeared in many national publications including Medical Products Sales and more recently, the 2006 Raystown Lake Region Visitor's Guide.

Chambers holds a B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University. She has taken advanced courses in the MBA program at Temple University and is a graduate of the Sandler Sales Institute. She is a member of the Business Marketing Association, Huntingdon Business & Industry and Huntingdon County Chamber of Commerce.
