Step 1: Meet with client and create a Scope Document that outlines marketing goals, site map, feedback forms and all aspects of the site.

Step 2: Finalize price for site creation, including hosting fees if needed.

Step 3: Create copy and select all graphics and photos for each page. Designer to create a design template for client approval.

Step 4: Client approval of design and content for each page.

Step 5: Build site. Test loadability on several platforms (MAC and PC).

Step 6: Finalize site content, domain name, hosting logistics and post site.

Step 7: Promote site with direct mail, newsletters, search engine registration, and other traditional marketing methods.

We recommend updating a site at least quarterly to stay FRESH.
